A short animated film exploring trauma through the lense of Jungian/Depth therapy. The story is based on my own experiences I faced during childhood and adolescence, where home life was unstable, friendships were idolised and how I allowed people to hurt me in hopes for their approval. The aim is to help others understand and learn about the damaging effects of long term stress on theunconcious mind through a visual perspective. 'Who Am I' is a love letter about my life so far, everything that has went wrong, the ways I dealt with the stress and how expressing myself through art and play kept me afloat through the chaos.
